maybe if you add some Thiocyanate to the working solution it could keep it free from aerial oxidation, like it does in the Beutler-Pyro formula. You are right steve, Efke has been totally "remounted"! here are some (the last ) substitutes in IR films: https://www.macodirect.de/film/infrarotfilm/ I should have some last rolls of Efke IR in the freezer, maybe I will wait ten more years and sell it for $ 500 a roll then :lol:
