Actually, two bleach questions. I'm using the rehalogenating bleach from p332 of the Cookbook 4th ed. with thiocarbamide toner and loving the splits I see using short bleach times.
I've been pouring it back in the bottle and keeping it for the next session. It seems to be working fine. Does the bleach ever exhaust itself? It must, right? How can I tell when it does?
Also, the bleach works very fast on my preferred paper, Arista's fiberbase. But on some antique Ilford Multigrade FB, it takes _forever_. Is this normal, or am I on drugs?
Thanks in advance for your advice.
